Each unique admin staffer has special organisational skills and are required to adhere to orderly deadlines, operate the reception lobby and iron out any administrative kinks, which is why the firm can't run without them. Greta Darlington is the final team member and was taken on just a few weeks ago - she is dextrous at using computer software and tools after completing her qualifications in information technology.

Juan Peterson, management supervisor, has been connected to the firm for most of his working life. He is fully trained in mediation, delegation and promoting quality relationships with customers. He was recruited by the company after working for a similar enterprise for a six month period where he grasped the core skills and practices required to forge a keen management career. Victoria Crompton, general manager, handles employee satisfaction and is extremely competent in her role. Her repertoire is unparalleled and she is an asset to the team. Sheila is keen on leading time management processes and likes to make sure that customers get exactly what they want every time. Dean Markham works alongside Sheila by offering further support when required - he is a long standing member of the business and has watched it prosper over the years.
Informal Description of Computer Staff
